Manipulator for lifting and moving of large-format glass-panels in combination with mini cranes.

The OKTOPUS® GLASS-Jack GL-CC1000 is a vacuum based load lifting device suitable for handling glass panes and window elements up to a maximum weight of 1000 kg. Depending on the application, the OKTOPUS® can be equipped with suction frames for flat or curved glass panes. (Curved glass lifting capacity depends on the bending radius and size of the vacuum cups used, but is limited to max. 900 kg.)

  • Various connection adapters are available for rigid connection to different mini-cranes
  • Tilting of the suction frame by 120° as well as rotating by 95° and swivelling by ±40° can be realized by electric actuators.
  • Wireless remote control.
  • Optical and acoustic signal any deviations from nominal condition.
  • Even in case of complete failure of energy supply, the vacuum in each suction cup is maintained for over five minutes to allow for safe removal of the load.
